ABOUT
What You Can Count On
Authentic transformation shapes my biography. Turning points have always been catalysts for my development—and precisely this lived experience I've brought to my work with organizations and leaders for over 17 years.
My career in the banking and automotive industries—with positions in risk management, international business, and global auditing and compliance—brought me into direct contact with the central conflict between the need for stability and the pressure to radically adapt to volatile environments.
This showed me: Organizations possess enormous potential when established patterns no longer function—but these potentials often cannot be activated from within. Moving to independent practice in 2008 was the logical consequence: transformation requires analytical clarity without conflicts of interest and an independent perspective that enables future-oriented development.
Today, my strength lies in knowing both perspectives and confidently combining them: the internal view of the system and the independent view from outside. Influenced by early experiences with systemic transformation in various contexts and later by business development in engineering projects, I contribute entrepreneurial, intercultural, and technical-political-economic expertise.
The versatility of my mandates—from commercial real estate finance to values-driven social services to state-owned energy providers in the Arabian Gulf states—reflects my openness. From this, I develop approaches true to each organization's core, context, and needs—not from prefabricated methods, but emerging from the organization's DNA.
Transformation is never complete—this holds true for me as well. I continuously expand my methodological repertoire and consistently apply it to myself. What becomes lived practice creates trust: What I guide, I have lived through myself.
